Peter J. Nolan
Peter Nolan founded Nolan Capital, Inc. in 2014 as the holding company for his family office to make long term investments in growth oriented companies.
Prior to founding Nolan Capital, Inc., Peter joined Leonard Green & Partners ("LGP") as Managing Partner in 1997 along with Jon Sokoloff and John Danhakl. Under their leadership, the firm completed over 80 principal investments and grew Assets Under Management from $500 million in 1997 to over $24 billion today. Leonard Green is currently investing its $9.6 billion Fund VII. Peter transitioned to his current role as Senior Advisor to Leonard Green & Partners in 2014.
Previously Peter was a Managing Director and Co-Head of DLJ's (now Credit Suisse) Los Angeles Investment Banking Division, which he joined in 1990. While at DLJ, Peter worked extensively with LGP, assuming the role of its lead investment banker in 1995. During his time at DLJ, Peter helped to build the Los Angeles investment banking office to the largest regional presence in the nation with over 100 professionals and acted as advisor to entities such as adidas AG, the Government of Mexico, Saatchi & Saatchi PLC, Televisa S.A., Metromedia, Comcast Cellular, American Industrial Partners, CVS, Rite Aid, Steinway Selmer Corporation and Orion Pictures. Prior to DLJ, Peter had been a First Vice President in corporate finance at Drexel, Burnham, Lambert in Beverly Hills from 1986 to 1990, a Vice President at Prudential Securities, Inc. from 1982 to 1986 and an Associate at Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company.
Peter presently serves on the Board of Directors of Diamond Wipes International, Inc., Fresh Brothers, La Fresh Group, Inc., AerSale Holdings, Inc., and Activision, Inc. Peter has served on the Board of Directors of Aspen Dental Management, Inc., FTD Group, Inc., Liberty Group Publishing, Inc., Motorsport Aftermarket Group, The Palms Hotel and Casino, Scitor Corporation, VCA Antech, Inc., Wavetek Corporation, White Cap Industries, LLC, Werner Ladder Corporation and the Supervisory Board of Adidas AG. Peter is a Trustee Emeritus and was vice chairman of the Executive Committee for Cornell University, and he is currently a member of the Investment Committee for the University's endowment. Peter serves as a trustee of the United States Olympic and Paralympic Foundation. Peter is Chairman of the Loyola High School Endowment and is a former Eagle Scout. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics and Finance from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University.

Paras Mehta joined Nolan Capital in 2016. Prior to Nolan Capital, Paras was a Principal at Leonard Green & Partners, which he joined in 2014. Prior to Leonard Green, Paras was a Managing Director at Black Canyon Capital, the private equity affiliate of Canyon Capital Advisors, which he joined in 2005. Previously, Paras was a Vice President in the Investment Banking Division of Credit Suisse in their Los Angeles office, where he worked since 2001. Paras currently serves on the Board of Advisors of Diamond Wipes International, Inc., Fresh Brothers, and La Fresh Group, Inc. Paras has previously served on the Board of Directors of Malibu Boats, Virgin America, TASI Holdings and Saunders & Associates. Paras earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, in Mathematics from Harvard University and a master’s degree in Philosophy from Oxford University, where he was a Marshall Scholar, and was a Ph.D. candidate in Economics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Rob Weitz joined Nolan Capital in 2016. Prior to Nolan Capital, Rob worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Financial Sponsors Group at Citigroup. Rob graduated with high distinction from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business with a BBA and a minor in Mathematics.
Frank Pikus joined Nolan Capital in 2019. Prior to Nolan Capital, Frank served as an Executive Committee member for Towne Park for 11 years and more recently, as Chief Operating Officer. Pikus joined Towne Park following the sale of Avascend Healthcare Hospitality in which he served as CEO. Prior to Avascend, Pikus co-founded Veritas Partners, serving as its President and Managing Director. He also served on the company's Board of Directors. Before co-founding Veritas, Pikus spent nine years as a Vice President, General Manager and Board Member of Gear for Sports. Frank graduated from Rockhurst University earning a B.A. degree in Finance and Economics.
Chief Financial Officer
Priscilla Park joined Nolan Capital in 2017. She has worked over 10 years in investment management with exposure to hedge funds, private equity, real estate, traditional funds, and securities. Priscilla started her career at Andersen Tax as a Tax Associate and later worked as Controller for Karlin Asset Management, an investment management firm with over $1B AUM. Prior to joining Nolan Capital, she was the Senior Vice President of Property and Fund Accounting at Hackman Capital Partners, an asset-based investment firm specializing in industrial real estate and equipment. Priscilla graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Priscilla is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in California and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Bookkeeper / Executive Administrative Assistant
Nicole Harriman joined Nolan Capital in 2016. Prior to Nolan Capital, Nicole joined Moss Adams LLP in their Los Angeles office, as a Business Management Associate in 2015. Previously, Nicole worked at Richardson Kontogouris Emerson LLP as both an administrative assistant and Business Management Associate, beginning in 2011. Nicole earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, in English with a literature emphasis, from Loyola Marymount University’s Bellarmine College of Liberal Arts.
